Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used products
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked final sale
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection. If your item is ineligible, it will not be refunded or returned.
  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@afrigarnics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
